INTERNET ADVERTISING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE for AFFILIATE NETWORK


SEEKING PROVEN ADVERTISING EXECUTIVE - STRONG SIX-FIGURE COMPENSATION!


DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for prospecting and closing new Internet advertiser accounts with companies that will sell their products/services or generate online leads through OfferAlliance’s top tier affiliate media network and internal marketing channels. These channels include but are not limited to CPM, CPA, CPC, CPL, CPV, etc., across multiple verticals and industries.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager with an Online Advertising Agency or CPA Affiliate Network, at least 1 year of Internet Advertising or Internet Affiliate Marketing, and a strong rolodex of active Internet advertiser contacts. The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new adverstiser clients as well as maintaining those accounts on a day-to-day basis including Accounts Receivables.

The ideal candidate must be highly competent in front-end marketing and possess the following attributes:
• a strong understanding of Internet Advertiser business models;
• excellent communication skills;
• strong negotiation skills;
• ability to work effectively with team members and build the department’s
team of Internet Advertising account executives; and
• have high energy with successful sales pipeline and prospecting
strategies.

The right candidate will be eligible for STRONG SIX-FIGURE COMPENSATION with a base salary plus commissions, and full benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Develop, negotiate and close new Internet Advertiser accounts;
• Prospect and generate leads from cold calling and incoming leads;
• Manage communication and have some familiarity with @task project
management software;
• Track success of campaigns and spearhead ways to improve client's
results;
• Must be detail oriented;
• Creatively construct deals that will give OfferAlliance potential exclusivity;
• Effectively communicate to match the needs of Internet Advertiser’s with
the needs of Affiliate Managers to ensure successful relationships and
results for both parties;
• Assist in the Accounts Receivables and Collections of past-due accounts;
and
• Occasional travel to industry events & trade shows.

The right candidate may have the ability to work remotely, but would need to travel to and be on site at least twice / month.

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 2 years of experience working as an Account Executive / Account Manager with an Internet Advertising Agency or Affiliate Network;
• Must have at least 1 year of Internet Advertising or Internet Affiliate Marketing experience to be considered for the position;
• Self-motivated with proven negotiation and management skills;
• Must be a closer!
• Background in successful online advertising principles with experience
negotiating CPA (cost-per-action), CPC (cost-per-click) and/or CPM (cost-
per-impression), etc.;
• Strong contact list of active Internet Advertiser clients, and the ability to
establish effective relationships with each party needed for success;
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated/proven track record of
energy and passion for the position;
• High competency level in MS Office products including Excel and Power
Point; and
• Positive attitude, sense of humor and the ability to work in a close team
environment required!

Will consider training the right candidate who has closed a minimum of $5-10 million plus in advertising sales within the last year.
