DentalPlans.com, The Internet's leading provider of discount dental plans is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager for our Dania, Florida office. This is a full-time position.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for leading/managing online affiliate relationships for DentalPlans.com.
· Bachelors Degree
· 3+ years experience in marketing account management
· Proficient knowledge of internet marketing strategies or prior media experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong negotiation skills, as well as excellent problem solving and follow up skills
· Strong analytical skills and able to demonstrate proficiency in measuring response rates, ROI, etc.
· Agency contacts or knowledge of CPA / PPC advertising a plus
· Able to work under pressure, handle multiple active accounts and meet predetermined goals
· Proven track record with recruiting efforts for affiliate programs/networks
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Exceptional work ethic
Duties Include:
· Ability to manage and grow relationships with publishers and affiliates
· Research and advise affiliates on efficient methods of optimizing their revenue
· Actively consult with affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives
· Provide exceptional service to affiliate accounts, while simultaneously growing account revenues each month
· Provide weekly updates on key metrics, ROI, and key trends for marketing programs
· Plan, execute, and optimize joint co-branded marketing campaigns
· Coordinate with in-house Design for internal & external creative needs
· Regular communication over the phone and online with affiliates
