Job Description:
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will play an important role in driving customer acquisition programs for Vimo. The manager will maintain ownership over management, optimization and growth of search and affiliate programs for Vimo.
Specifically the manager will be responsible for:
Manage affiliate program to recruit new affiliates and increase performance from existing affiliates through new or revised programs (including negotiation of affiliate partnerships, launch support, conversion tracking etc.)
Assist in managing ongoing acquisition programs to improve conversion on Vimo
Drive business recommendations based on the tracking and analysis of customer behavior
Work closely with product marketing, product management, creative services and web development to implement programs
Closely monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the various marketing programs
Requirements:
At least 2-4 years of experience with affiliate and search marketing
Prior job experience at an affiliate network is a plus but not necessary
Prior job experience at an online health property is a plus but not necessary
A highly results oriented, articulate, decisive, self-starter who energizes people around him/her
Ability to learn new markets quickly, comfortable dealing with fast paced environments
Strong sales skills and ability to work with web publishers is a must
Strong analytical skills and experience with business modeling
BA or BS preferred
