Job Description: Maximize The Land of Nod’s sales growth and profitability through the development and management of web based marketing programs. Work effectively and efficiently with all other Land of Nod associates focusing on teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Drive Traffic and Sales to Landofnod.com Through Email Marketing and Affiliate Relationships
• Manage Email Contact Strategy
• Manage Email Deployment
• Manage Affiliate Relationships
• Maintain Affiliate Program Rules
• Coordinate Production of Email and Affiliate Creative
• Identify/Implement Opportunities to Expand Email and Affiliate Programs
• Produce and Act on Email Marketing and Affiliate Program Analysis, including; profitability analysis, competitive analysis, user attributes and behavior analysis
• Various Daily administrative tasks related to landofnod.com

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years Web and/or Marketing Experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Web Analytics Tools
• Excellent Communication and Inter-Personal Skills
