Level 1 - 10% Commission - Upgrade to Level 2 at $500 sales (not commission)
Level 2 - 15% Commission - Upgrade to level 3 at $2000 sales
Level 3 - 20% commission

Payout threshold is only $50 and paid on the first of every month via Paypal.
