About Body Image Mastery
Body Image Mastery is a revolutionary new program that helps women change how they feel about their bodies and in the process shed unwanted pounds.
The program consists of 12 workbooks, weekly calls, a very active support community and forum as well as a buddy system called Power Partners.
Participants can participate in the monthly plan or register for the intensive 12 week program.
The weekly calls are open for a Q & A period and typically revolve around working through the lessons. Extra calls are provided throughout the month with guest experts in the health and wellness industry.
All calls are recorded and available for download in the members only community.
The community is fashioned after Facebook and is extremely active. Members can form groups, add friends and write on each others wall. They also have their own private blog as well as access to a large forum.
Interaction in this program is necessary and encouraged. Because of this, the community enjoys a very low attrition rate (less than 20%) and an extremely low refund rate (less than 1%)
