Triggit - New In-Text Ad Replacement for Kontera

Triggit has been totally transformed. I blogged about it less than a year ago as it used to be a slick way to Drag & Drop Affiliate Links. Well it doesn't do that any more. Instead it's a way to monetize your site with in-text ads, automatically - similar to Kontera.

I know lots of people that would like to use an automatic in-text contextual ad solution as a way to monetize their site. But for whatever reason lots of people that have tried Kontera, the main player in that space, don't like that solution and I've heard many say they wish there was another option.

I was just reading ShoeMoney's blog about the all new Trigget. Jeremy writes:

According to the Triggit site the in-text links don't compete or conflict with Adsense or any other ad solution. One line of code and it can go back through hundreds of old blog posts or thousands of pages on your site and find any keywords that can be monetized and automatically add the link. You get paid on a per click rev share basis.

I especially like the fact that the links are plain links if you want them to blend in OR you can change them with CSS if you want them to stand out and be different that your regular content links.

Here is something interesting about Triggit payments.

Under Publisher FAQ it states:

Triggit pays our publishers on the 15th each month. You must be over our minimum earnings of $25.00 to be paid.

Under Payments it states:

Triggit pays you every two months (net-60) in $USD via PayPal once your balance gets over $25.00. To get paid, make sure you have all your contact information and tax reporting information completed fully.

I noticed that discrepancy. Publishers should double check if concerned because I think one mention of payment frequency was updated and the other wasn't.
Maybe they'll see this post and clear it up for us.
