Personally I am glad that there is no affiliate network software that is free. Imagin if there were then there would be an affiliate network set up every half an hour or something where a large majority of them would be set with the intention of not paying their affiliates most probably. If affiliate software has to be bought for a price then at least it means the people that buy it would have most probably done alot of research into this and really want to make something of their program.

Default Free software

I would just go to ShareASale, I think they are relatively cheap to use.

Default Non-Free Software

I agree that when you get something for free, you get what you pay for.

Anyone have any suggestions on a good software, that allows you to host it yourself and allows multiple merchants and affiliates?

I checked out that affiliate-software-review website and didnt see any that allowed multiple merchants, except ones that were hosted by the software producer.

Any ideas, basically I am looking for those two criteria?

Any and all comments, appreciated!

I was never really comfortable with the idea of my ste and software being responsible for errors. I'd rather have a third party handle it
