This new blog monetization solution for Amazon affiliates is not contextual - it's keyword based. So according to the developers, it can work along side Adsense on your pages. Just plug a keyword into the bottom of each blog post and the system will service up the appropriate ads.
BloggerKit is a free service, but like GoldenCan they take a portion of your clicks. 15% of the time they insert their Amazon ID. However, if you don't normally take the time to get relevant Amazon ads up on all your blog pages and this makes it easier to do that - well 85% is better than 0.
