Thats a great list! However, a PPC campaign at google for these keywords would yield less results as competition will be really stiff for them. If I am to do a campaign for these keywords, I would take inot consideration in smaller engines that provide PPC as well as competition in other places may vary from these engines IMO. Just my thoughts

Just to be sure you know - this is not a complete list of top jewelry keywords (based on search popularity which is what any KW tool would give you)
this is the top actual CONVERTING keywords for one particular merchant.

2 VERY important points:

1) Most merchants arent going to give you their top KW list.
The reason you are getting this one is because this program is managed by AMWSO who really works hard to help you guys be successful and gives you every possible edge they can.

2) Many merchants won't even let you bid on their top KW. So count this as a real gift!

So the good thing is if you are an OverstockJeweler you know the ACTUAL keywords that are converting to sales for this merchant. Better than doing any keyword research in Wordtracker because you know these words brought actual buyers. However many of them may be competitive so you still need to do your KW research. Also, obviously, using many of these KW won't work with another merchant if they don't carry some of these specific products.

I don't know how competitive these words are in terms of how much they work for other merchants or how many people bid on the, but these are the keywords that result in sales for OverStockJeweler from customers searched for those key words once they were on the site.
