2- web sites related to your topic that accept articles, search for "submit articles+ your keywords", learn their guideline to submit articles,
- For the first there many articles which accept any types of articles quality not criteria
- For web sites is more and more important to give them quality articles, related to some thing news to your niche market or case study which the most important for people because we would to know what every body do and even search engine would like "live story".

I prefer to use a reputable service to submit my articles weekly to various article directories. It is just more work than i care to do.
