Wouldn't listing these bad blogs be considered a link and therfore giving the bad blogs good page rankings? Thus making a higher Google ranking

It is free advertising for those blogs, what makes a bad blog?

even the bad ones can be, when they're so bad and so dumb, that it's entertaining. Gotta love freedom of speech
