If you are tired of using your hands to play video games you can let it be done for you by a $299 brain-reading headset.
The sensors in the headset detect conscious thoughts and expressions as well as "non-conscious emotions" by reading electrical signals around the brain, according to Emotiv Systems Inc., which is the company that will be selling the headset.
They say the headset can detect emotions such as tension, excitement and anger, as well as facial expressions and cognitive actions like pushing and pulling objects.
