Default Craving Enchilada

Funny how once in a while I get a huge craving for roast duck enchilada.
Does anyone else here have strange food cravings

Too funny niche!

I've never even heard of roast duck enchilada. Plus I don't like duck and it's hard to find here in the US.

I can't think of any strange cravings. Usually when I get a craving, it's for something normal and yummy like steak, shrimp or a blueberry muffin.

I've never heard of a duck enchilada, eithr. Personally, I've never understood the attraction to duck at all... it's way too greasy no matter how it's cooked (hence, the invention of duck a l'orange in the futile hope that the citric acid of the oranges will cut the grease a little).

If I ever get a craving for duck, I think I'll just have a nice bowl of piping hot bacon fat - tastier and cheaper.
