Are you overweight?

All this talk about being over weight! I guess I am glad i don't have that problem. But, what i do have to contend with is the problem of being underweight! I can't seem to keep a pound on me. My doctors are concerned. I have to avoid low fat products like the plague. I have to drink whole milk and eat high calory foods. Still, it seems that I have a hard time.

I have searched the net for help and find most things are tailored to problems with weight gain. To me it is not a surprise since obesity is the common problem. I am just being creative for the time being and sticking with my doctor.

Sometimes, it can get so bad that I can lose eight pounds in two weeks. Right now, I look like a sick anerexic when in fact, I am not. I am sick of hearing people ask me, "Are you anerexic?" or "Do you EVER eat?" I hate being given a label for something I can't help. So, if anyone has this problem or knows something about it, please offer any advice. Trust me, it's welcome.

Sorry to get off topic. i just thought this was a good place to put it. I am a Five star member that looks practically sick. I'm losing my shape because I can't maintain the weight. But, when the weight is stable, I look good!

Do you have heart palpations? Are you losing your hair??? Extreme fatigue but still you can't sleep? My daughter all of a sudden lost a ton of weight and we found out she had GRAVES disease. Which also by the way can effect vision and in extreme cases can cause blindness. It can also cause death if left untreated.

My daughter was recently diagnosed, one of the reasons I try to help her a lot with the baby. She opted for medication instead of surgery and is starting to do much better. Already gained back 18 pounds and has regained some strength and a little energy - but still she has a long way to go.

Doubt this is what is happening to you, but thought I'd share the info in case it helps you or someone else.

No, i have no heart problems. I am pretty healthy with the exception of a parasitic condition that I must contend with permently. As a matter of fact, i was cleared and qualified as a living kidney donor. My father is having kidney trouble, and I have heavily considered being a donor for him since I am a universal donor. It's just that I can't maintain my weight well. I guess it's a good thing and a bad one at the same time. And, don't worry, I still have a beautiful head of hair--curly and thick as ever.

Sorry to hear about your daughter. I am glad she is getting back on her feet again. And, what's more, you have just given me another interesting topic to research. I love researching things, especially things having to do with diseases and medical with the exception of Internet marketing.
