Woman was without electricity for 15 years

This is a real touching story about a lady in Florida who had serious damage done to her house by Hurricane Andrew in 1992. She lost power during the hurricane and she was without electric power for almost 15 years.

After the hurricane she became a victim of a dishonest contrator who didn't finish the work. She ran out of money. Her house was not up to code and she had no electricity. She was without power from August 24, 1992 until February 16, 2007.

An electrical contractor did repair work free of charge in order to make it possible for her to once again have electricity and volunteers will be helping to repair her house.
