Kellie Stevens from AffiliateFairPlay.com has an important update on a proposed settlement that has been reached in class action lawsuits against ValueClick/CJ brought by advertisers and publishers last year. I blogged about it

Kellie reports that VCLK/CJ denies the allegations but agrees to a $1 Million settlement which will be split 30/70 with advertisers/publishers.
More importantly in my opinion, the company also agrees to implement extensive enhancements in detection, reporting and prevention of third party software or adware that forces or hijacks clicks on CJ.
