can i look in cj's data base before lanching in as an affiliate?

i m new to cj
it seem that to register in, i have got to have a website or a domain name..
but.. how could i make a domain name before i know which product i wish
to affiliate ..
usually the domain name includes a keyword refers to the product.. is'nt it?
can't i first look in the database..chose.. and then to register?

Hi Yoni and welcome.

I think you should be able to join CJ without a website somehow as some people just do email marketing or PPC.

But I think you may not be thinking this through in the best order. People do not typically look for a product 1st - or at least that's not the easiest way for a newbie.

1st pick a niche. A niche is the market or topic your site will be about. For help check out our niche marketing forum and read the stickies.

2nd build a site or blog with articles about your niche. This content is what will start to attract consumers to the site if you do it right.

3rd after you have the niche and the start of a site built - THEN find products related to your niche that people visiting your site or reading your blog would be interested in.
