DEFINATELY - IF you know what do do with them! That includes know how to make the feed unique enough not to get duplicate content penalties.
However we have TONS of programs on CJ that offer FREE feeds outside of CJ. So with many CJ merchants you don't have to pay to get the feed. Also Shareasale and many other networks don't charge at all for feeds.
If you don't mind mentioning markets and product types you are interested in I may be able to recommend good merchants with free feeds.
