Does CJ Require Website for joining the Affiliate Programme

Hello !

I want to sign up with CJ. I need to know Do I need any website to take the link of any affiliate programme. I have my web site of shoes and I have almost all the links of major brands, now I am thinking to take some more link of some other brands which are not related to my site. For example I need the link of credit card services, I need to know for this purpose shall I need to make a new website or I can use my old one. I am new in CJ . You can sign up with CJ with your shoes site. When you apply to different merchants some may turn you down if they don't think your site is good or rlated to their products. Then again some CJ merchants are on auto-approve and will approve anyone. Note some merchants also screen out applicants from certain countries.

I registered to promote Go Daddy's service on CJ once and they gave me an affiliate link before they even approved me. I started promoting Go Daddy on a website and later got an email that said I was denied and it was real general. I wich they told me sooner since I know got them sales that i didn't get any credit for. I guess you live and learn.
