I just applied to one of my potential merchants with CJ and my status is pending. In the confirmation e-mail it tells me I must send in a W-9. Do I have to do this before I will be admitted to any merchant programs? Will they not give me banners and links until they receive this? Any experience appreciated.
Not sure off the top of my head - but don't think that will hold up your app (at least it didn't used to. If anything I THINK they may not pay you until you give it. Maybe I'm wrong on that but the CJ help and Ask a Question, should give you the answer for sure.
