In IE, click on Tools | Internet Options from the browser window. You'll see an option about deleting temporary files, browser history, etc. Click on that and you'll be presented with a list of things you can delete - one of them is cookies.

But be aware this deletes ALL cookies, including those used to store login info to forums like this.

There are some free utilities you can download to view and selectively delete cookies - try Googling "cookie viewer" or "cookie delete" and it should turn up a few.

Cookies are del.icio.us, sometimes covered in chocolate, made with butterscotch, or with oatmeal and raisins.

Don't ever delete your cookies.

In IE, go to Tools->Internet Options->General -> delete cookies
