I am using Norton Antivirus and it is making my PC way to slow. Maybe I should change the antivirus.
I have to choose one from here.

I like free Ad-Aware the most, although I do cross check with spybot every other time I run it.

I tried Spyware Doctor ( PCTools ) and Ad-Aware, Spyware Doctor's strong but too heavy, don't work together with some antivirus, at least can't install with Kaspersky.
At last, I'm using Bitdefender Total Security 2009 ( beta - free ), it has some bugs ( still beta version, of course ) but I believe that'll be the best 2009's security programe.

I use AVG anti spyware and the Zone Alarm firewall's anti spyware feature. Zone Alarm is one of my all time favorites.

I read awhile back Zone Alarm is blocking affiliate links too.

I was using Ad-Aware and Windows Defender. Then had computer problems and wanted to rule out/remove any malware that could be lurking.

After some research decided on Spyware Doctor. I don't have a problem using it with Kaspersky. BUT I have Kaspersky firewall off because it's too persnickety and use Windows firewall, plus my router firewall. Just added DR a week ago but so far I like and it's working well.
