This forum ranks in the top 4 for the search term "Affiliate Marketing Forum."

I'm scratching my head about this...

Hi Sweet Tooth,

It's my fault the forum is dead. It takes a lot of time ad energy to keep a forum active. I used to do a pretty good job of that.

I started another company that has me so busy and tied in knots that I just don't have time for the forum these days. Sad! I also have carpal tunnel problems and am limited by 12 hour days and just can't keep up with the other business, much less this one.

Minstrel posts a lot of great stuff too.

It breaks my heart to see you post a frowney face, because you are always so positive.

Surely there is a way to make things work, and surely you will find it.

God Bless you Michael! Appreciative people like you are what make me keep going and working hard to try to keep all the balls in the air.

But I'm honestly so busy with the other company I can't breathe. After I broke a big story about Google Places in the NY Times and was quoted in InfoWorld and PCWorld about all the Google Places problems I just got buried.

Plus now that Google promoted me to be a Top Contributor at the Google Places forum I'm helping lots of people there too. Wish I had more time these days to help people here.

The past couple days the forum got a little busier again. Hopefully the flow will keep building back up again.

Hi,

I'm one of Linda's moderators and just wanted to chime in. Linda did a great job establishing this forum and managing it for years. Although it does not have a lot of activity, it is a really great resource for newbies and it does not have the drama that some other forums have. Therefore it is not a social forum like many, sticking mainly to just affiliate marketing, providing instructions and helpful answers.

I've been a moderator at two other affiliate forums and have to say, this one has been my favorite. There are just three of us who keep the ship afloat. Minstel is the engineer and jack of all trades, keeping everything running. Linda is the captain and steers us in the right direction. I'm still trying to figure out why I'm here, perhaps it is just to keep the bilge pumps working, keeping us afloat when the other two are away.

SOMEBODY has to man the bilge pumps. Otherwise we'll have bilge up to our armpits. I'm pretty sure that's not a good thing, even though I have no idea what bilge is.
