We have been shopping for a new website and been talking to a lot of real estate web design companies. Some of the charges are outrageous but one company recommended that we opt for an open source solution, thus saving a lot of money.
Has anyone ever used an open source real estate website for their site? Any advice would be appreciated.

Or are you involved in affiliate marketing for Real Estate somehow?
I'm sorry I don't really know the answer. But am trying to determine the best place to move this post to if you arent doing affiliate marketing, so the post will be seen by someone that may have an answer for you. From what you've said so far it does not sound like it's affiliate marketing related?
