How to Find a Niche & Make $1,000 a Day

That's the title of the blog series I'm about to share with you,
but I'm not saying anyone will make nearly that much.

Thor Schrock just started what looks like a good detailed guide for experienced affiliates,
hence I'm putting it here in the general forum instead of the newbie forum.

Attn: NEWBIES this looks like some pretty solid info and is very detailed BUT may be a little advanced for brand new newbies. It skips over many of the basics you may not know yet, like how to build a site and therefore could be confusing. 1,000 a day or even a month the 1st month isn't realistic for most newbies.

Part 1: How to Enter an Affiliate Marketing Niche & Make $1,000 a Day in Less Than 30 Days
"I decided it is time to make my move, so I developed a plan of attack on a specific niche. Most affiliates are looking to make quick money with little or no work. My plan is being executed while I write this, and if it works, I should be making as much as $1,000 a day in as few as 30 days. This should be long-term money that will continue to pour in as long as I tend my website properly."

Part 2: Research Your Affiliate Marketing Competition Before You Enter a Niche

"Before you start any new online or offline money making venture it’s a good idea to poke around and see what others are doing in the niche before you jump in with both feet. By doing your homework first, you can save a LOT of time, money, and effort.

After I found a niche that satisfied my search criteria for multiple offers across several networks with good payouts, I needed to see how stiff the search engine competition was for organic traffic."

I would say to newbies, aim for $100 a month and then build on it
