Personally, I would say that traffic and links come hand-in-hand. I don’t care about dofollow or nofollow and I don’t care about Google Page Rank of the sites I am going to use to build links and traffic."

We are so busy trying to build do follow links that we forget the traffic value of no follow links

PR is nice for our egos but agin with regards to traffic ....
