Default Facebook Loosens Ad Restrictions for Affiliates

Jeremy from Facebook just called to let me know the success many affiliate marketers are having with Facebook. He also wanted to let me know they have relaxed some rules affecting affiliate ads so I wanted to share this with you.

Good news! Facebook recently began allowing affiliate ads in categories that were previously prohibited. Facebook's editorial guidelines have also become more flexible. The following categories are now allowed:

▪ Quizzes, Surveys, Ringtones, Work from home, and Free offers

Thanks for the heads up. i looked into facebook ads a while ago and found the categories rather restricted. So I gave up on the idea. I suppose I could have found products that fit their categories and go about it that way.

Thanks for the heads up. The great thing about facebook is the ability to target what group of people you want to see your ads

Will take a look at the new categories
