Anyone can suggest some web site templates resources?

Hello,

I need some decent quality web site templates, either free or at a reasonable cost. I looket on the net, there is a large offer, but I am interested in personal suggestions.

There are tons of templates out there, but many are not designed well
to help you get good search rankings. In fact many are HORRIBLE for SEO.

I like to recommend GoldenPineCone.

She builds CLEAN templates, most of which are already SEO'd
and she even builds templates specifically for James Martell's affiliate training and the SEO Web Site Builder. Most are under $100, which for SEO'd, XTML validated, easy to update templates are a STEAL!

What's your time worth? You could start with a free template, waste months only to find it's not great for SEO, rebuild or tweak and lose months of income in the process.

You just need to be sure to get the right template based on what you are using to build your sites. Dreamweaver, FrontPage, HTML or whatever.

Also you get GREAT images that are legal and licensed.

For the best templates for website development, I would recommend www.freelayouts.com. You will get free templates there too. Or you may need to pay some charges.

I have found a few good templates at http://basictemplates.com/ and you can't beat the price Good Luck.

I can suggest MonsterTemplates.com ($70 per template) or if you are looking for some ideas, DreamTemplate.com ($70 for unlimited access).

I've used both in the past; MT has better quality templates, whereas you can get some good graphics and ideas from DT dirt cheap.

NOTE: I don't bookmark unless things look really good!
But I ALSO DON'T HAVE TIME to research very thoroughly so always check to be sure templates validate and are good for SEO.

Just checked out all the web links to template sites and there's some pretty good stuff.

Are there any sites out there that provide bespoke designs services as I don't want anyone else to have the same design as me.
