EPC : A Useful Metric?

We are looking to add EPC as a performance metric to our network.

Now we know it has its faults and so I wondered how many affiliates use EPC to measure a campaigns success? Is it useful?

Hi Dave,

Great question! I think most affiliates use it as a GENERAL guide.
Smart affiliates and certainly managers know how easily that number
can be skewed.

So I personally look at EPC sort of like I look at Alexa.
I use Alexa a TON and use it as a general guide to site traffic,
but I know how skewed the data is, so don't depend on it.
