Default Joint Ventures, Good - Bad - Ugly?

I was just wondering if any of you had some helpful tips or experiences to share on joint ventures. I'm currently in one that started this past Friday and so far I haven't made a sale but have added about 35 people to my mail list.

Joint ventures can be good as long as the trust is there. With Joint ventures you can focus on your strengths while your partner(s) can focus on theirs. That way you can cover more than you could on your own.

Good luck with the venture and we hope it is a success.
