YO've never heard of Craigs list? It's the biggest free classified ad site.

However affiliate links are prohibited and the community is largely self-policed so there are lots of regulars there and also competing merchants or affiliates that will turn you in if post affiliate links or if you try anything shady. The bad affiliates have already spammed it to death and made
it really hard to advertise there. Some affiliates still do but
they have had to invent some creative ways to do it.

I advertise my writing services on craigslist. I just started though so we will see how it goes.
