It's almost here. Summit West in Vegas.

I can't go again this year. My back/neck just can't hack it.

I wanted to start a thread to build up to the event and talk about some of the fun happenings you have to look forward to if you're going.

Shawn just announced an AWESOME party featuring the
BLUE MAN GROUP!!!

Color me GREEN! I love those guys and have always wanted to see a show.

I blogged awhile back about the fact the Blue Man Group is starting an affiliate program,
so that's one of the reasons they are doing this gig.

The "Where in the Summit is Converseon" game is a social media scavenger hunt, where participants use social sharing sites Flickr and Twitter to help them track and solve clues at various locations during the Affiliate Summit. Uploading photos of people and locations to the game's Flickr account enables participants to win points toward prize packages. Clues for bonus prizes will also be sent through Converseon's affiliate Twitter account."

I am looking forward to Vegas. I can't believe we are leaving next weekend! I heard that The Blue Man Group is really good. I hope to catch their performance while I am out there.

I am really bummed not to be attending this one, it looks to be a great event. Although I was just in Las Vegas recently for Anik Singal's PPC classroom, was my first time in Vegas and it was a blast.

It was fun and got to meet a lot of great marketers although like many events, the best and most priceless part of the event is after it's over and everyone starts to loosen up and get to know one another.
