does the google adwords affiliate program still exist? We used to be able to get $5 credit for creating new ppc accounts

Well that's for Adsense referrals and he was asking about referring advertisers to the Adwords program which is different.

That was just to give a general idea. Google had several referral programs. They got rid of all of them.
