Google Employees have their own AdWords and AdSense accounts

It has come out on some discussion forums that Google employees are allowed to have Google AdWords and Adsense accounts. Hmm, this puts them in the same ball park as all other Google Adwords and Adsense users. Being Google employees however gives them some insider information and a helpful one up on YOU, their competition. What do YOU think about that?
