If i would build a website with a title like this: "Free Matrix Dvd download!", BUT without any illegal content. The content would be a text about the movie Matrix. So only text. The title is such only to attract more visitors. Is this ok with the TOS of adsense?

If not then I say it's deceptive advertising regardless of what the Adsense TOS says.
