Newbie needs AdWords advice...

Hi,

I have recently obtained a really good domain name for selling ipods.
I was thinking of using amazon or ebay maybe? I have some money to promote on adwords and understand there is a heap of competition. I was thinking with Xmas coming up I could work my campaign around that. I have done a little research and found a few terms that would be about 25c a click.
Is that alot?

Hi Peter,

25 cents a click doesn't sound too bad to me for ipod related KWs.
Just make sure there is some volume for the KW and also try to be sure they are KW that buyers would use and not researchers or lookie loos. Especially with Amazon since it's only a one day cookie. Also be sure to research and add negative KW for related or additional words that would just waste your money.
