Want affiliate recruiters, will pay recurring commissions

Hi Linda & everyone!

I've been pretty successful as an affiliate for the last several years and have recently been asked to develop an affiliate program for EzineDesigner.com. They have a fantastic product (ecommerce-centered newsletter delivery) and their customers just love them, but they naturally want more exposure.

The affiliate program we put together is pretty generous -- but I'll spare you the hopelessly inflated projections of monthly affiliate earnings.

What is especially unusual is that we have set aside 10% of the gross billing for a permanent recurring payment to "affiliate recruiters". Our customers are fanatically loyal so the recurring payments have a nice long lifetime.

I wonder if anyone might have any suggestions for where I might look for "super affiliate-recruiters" interested in owning a fat slice of our revenue pie.
