Customer returns question

If a customer returns an item. What kind of information does LInkshare show us in our reports.

I was wondering if returns can be tracked down to the level of signature activity.

So I guess the main question is:

If a purchase is made and then they return the item. Dos the signature report tell us, the order was returned.

If not, Which Linkshare report would hold this "return of sale" or cancel of commission information.

So sorry Jaime. I never work with Linkshare and haven't logged in for over a year, so am not familiar with their interface or reports at all.

Not that there's anything wrong with LS, I've just never done anything there and really don't
have time to do much affiliate marketing at all personally. I just mainly help others do AM.

(Those that do, do and those that don't, teach... or somethin' like that.)

Anyway we don't seem to have very many Linkshare affiliates for some reason,
but I hope someone will stop by that knows the answer to your Q.
