LinkShare - using links on nonapproved site

I am new to this affiliate game and have a silly question. I accidentally put in an application for the same merchant on two different websites at LinkShare. One was approved and one was not, except that the one I wanted to get approved for this merchant wasn't.

Once I am approved for a merchant, can I use their links with my ID on other sites that I have (like you can with Amazon)?
