Linkshare Approval, selective?

Hi everyone,

I applied to a Linkshare merchant about 10 days ago and have not been approved. I was wondering if approvals generally take this long at major affiliate programs like this , most of my links are from self administered programs. I am also receiving a message when I log into my account that says some of your information may not match with what we have for you and the message goes on to state that it may or may not be a problem on their end. I sent them an e-mail about 2 days ago and nothing back yet. Anybody have any experience with approval and e-mail response times form linkshare? Any comments would be much appreciated , thanks.

Sorry, I don't work with LS so not sure about their email response time.
Merchant approvals should only take 48 hours max for well managed programs IMHO. But some programs are launched then left to run on auto-pilot or maybe have someone that wears 5 other marketing hats and doesn't really understand the needs of affiliates very well.

You could try to email the affiliate manager.
