Default Google Paranoia Cartoon - Who’s Googling YOU?

New Friday Funny from the 5 Star Blog Marketing Jokes Section:
http://affiliate-blogs.5staraffiliat...rketing-jokes/

Someone is Googling me again. Who could it be? A potential client? An old boyfriend? Below is a cartoon that shows you how I feel. Discovered the searches in my logs - again. Someone is always Googling me! Makes me paranoid. WOW, there are 16,300 pages of dirt in the Google search results for Linda Buquet. http://www.google.com/search?sourcei...Linda%20Buquet but looks like it's all positive. Whew!!! I feel better now! :-)

Wish I could post the Google Paranoia Cartoon here, but it's copyrighted, so you need to click to see it.

I once checked out Google on my name - found out there's another Stephanie Foster married to another Brent Foster. Pretty strange finding out there's a couple out there with our same names.

I found my name used in a story online. Which is peculiar as I have what should have been a unique name! And there I was, in an online story, beating a dog. So I am a dog-beater. Great!

On top of that, if you didn't actually read a bit carefully and a few lines, it at first seems like a porn story! Damnations. I just hope a boss never googles me!

And on that note, I am starting to leave traces of past jobs around the Internet .... it might be a good idea for me to google myself before I "adjust" my resume and send it out! The Internet might disagree with where I say I've been working.

The paranoia isn't always a bad thing. I was searching for my name and I find out I'm a respected "Brett Huston ... vice president, general counsel and secretary for Spectra Logic." Never found anything about the big bucks I'm getting payed. I should start printing new business cards to show everybody what an important person I am.
