I made new website, how to make it popular, visited without using advertising and link exchanging?
All ways, be offered on this forum are little efficient.
Does anybody know any special ways?

The problem with the poll as it is laid out is that 1 & 2 are not mutually exclusive of 3 & 4. There are legitimate and illegitimate ways of promoting a site via answers 3 & 4.

Viral marketing (assuming we aren't talking about virus infections) can be a very legitimate form of marketing, but also very hard to pull off. Viral marketing requires a good network of friends, aquaintances and loyal users of your site. Viral marketing means that other people are spreading the word about your site. It can be a very powerful tool.

I'm always trying to find ways of sparking viral marketing and getting people to spread the word about my site via word of mouth.

Yes, it just can get you average PageRank, about 3 or 4.
The most efficient known way is to buy traffic.
