Which affiliates forums/sites have you guys got the best response from when advertising your new affiliate programs?

Hi Rob,

It all depends on what you're looking for. 5 Star (here) is a great place to tap into prospective affiliates.

Some of the places we visit are:

Webmaster World
Search Engine Watch
GeekVillage
Associate Programs

You just have to be careful that you are joining forums to actively participate in the community versus spamming them about your affiliate program.

Hi Susan,

Thanks for your reply (and that list of forums). I am fairly active in a couple of forums already. I like to think I add something a little more than spam.

But I wasn't very clear with my question. I was more looking for places to advertise to affiliates ie. with banners etc. I was going to buy some banner space on a few sites to see what type of response I got, but was looking for a little feedback first.
