Searching For Affiliate Marketing Book

Hi All,

Would anyone know where one can obtain a hardcover copy of James Martell's book, "Affiliate Marketers Handbook"?

Can't find it on Amazon.com. Googled for it & various links seem to bring me to one website to purchase each time. Doesn't seem to offer a hardcover edition, just a $67.00 download.

Also interested in used or 2nd hand hardcopy, or paperback if available.

Hi Mike, there isn't a hard copy.

Be sure you don't get an old link to the 2002 version.
This has the 2006 version.
