Banner Ad Rotation

Hiya,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with the php required to have rotating banners, basically i want a fresh banner to load everytime a page is refreshed or loaded. Is there a way of doing it without a database, it also has to load the banner as a php file , not as a normal image file..
