I'm new here and have enjoyed reading several posts thus far. I'm surprised, though, that there's no Clickbank room here.
My e-book, [name removed - Linda] is available to Clickbank affiliates only. Is this a mistake? I thought CB & CJ were the best, but I see lots of other options that are so popular they have their own space here.
Do I need to branch further out than just Clickbank?

Reason: can't mention product name in posts
If you have an ebook then CB is probably the best place to be.
I focus here more on retail products so that's why you see more of the retail affiliate networks listed. CJ for instance though costs over $5,000 just to get set up on so is not appropriate for an ebook product.

Is there not a place for a Clickbank specific location on this forum? I would love to network with affiliates from aforementioned network.
Anyway, what is my best option? I am not selling a ebook, I am selling downloadable software to help further track sales, impressions, clicks, etc. throughout the selling process.
This should be able to allow merchants/vendors, affiliates, and the like to use their advertising time more wisely as they will be able to see exactly where all of their sales are coming from; whereas before, they were only able to track if they made a sale or not (unless they rely solely on PPC!) This software should help the "underdogs" or the "shoestring" budget internet affiliate marketers. But, it may also be beneficial to the Super Affiliates as well.
Anyway, I am new here; so, I am open to any and all suggestions. Also, I was researching around the forum and I can't seem to find how and when I am allowed to have a signature. It is not too big of a deal, I just want to be sure I am not breaking any of the rules when I do reach that "point."
Thanks again, and I am looking forward to networking, helping, and learning from this forum.
We don't have a CB forum. Maybe we will add one some day but for now we don't.
You can find the answer to your signature question here: Signatures at 5 Star Forums
Sorry we can't be more specific but it won't take long.

I read in the "sticky" thread that if someone is interested in creating a new forum for one of the networks not listed they should first contact you. Could I "set-up," "officiate," or whatever else is necessary to start this type of a forum?
Sorry George, but I don't plan to add a CB forum in the near future, it does fine in the other networks forum.

I agree with you, viqifrench, the posts here have been very helpful.
Hi Linda...
you mentioned that if one has an ebook, then Clickbank would be the best place to be...
Did you mean for merchants or affiliates? I'm planning on starting out with Clickbank and would like to know any useful info.
I don't mean to speak for Linda, but I do have several
years experience with ClickBank and if you (katoxicated) are planning on launching an E-Book, ClickBank is definitely the best place to start out. Also, if you plan on promoting another person's E-Book e.g. acting as an Affiliate and NOT a Vendor, CB would also be a great place to start. Hope this helps.
