cpc/cpm recommendation

i have been running a set of 4 cpc/cpm programs for the last 6months - 1 year on my sites.

and i thought its time i check out other programs as well.


so any good reliable programs which you can recommend?

the ones i am using are

in order of preference

Casalemedia
Valueclick (fastclick)
Adsense (those sites which have not been approved my the above 2 run adsense primarily)
Rydium (again this is run on sites which have not been approved by the 1st two along with adsense and also run on main sites as well)

i tried Claxon, but after SI took over, i saw the numbers decline so i have dropped them from the main sites and have them in only one or two site atm. havent checked the numbers as i am not too bothered with claxon.

my main requirements are

Good, stable and reliable network.
paypal payments preferred but can accept checks as well (i am a Non US publisher)
good payout rates and good fill.
