Which is the best affiliate network?

my advice: Join a few networks see what you like. Make sure you call and speak with a sales manager, a affiliate manager, and even ask if you can speak with the founder or CEO - that may be to much to ask but you will learn a lot about the company and how good the customer service is.

Before i started a network I was an web site owner, and affiliate marketer. I joined like 10 networks and then found a few i liked. I tried to stick with companies that had in-house tech, had good customer support, and unique offers. I really like the following companies and still work with them.

I didn't know that!

That is actually just that--a Rumor. As for all of the negativity in this thread with regards to Clickbank, how, in your opinions, has Clickbank changed for the better in the past year.

I don't ever remember Clickbank taking a percentage of my money out (when I was an affiliate). The only thing I think that Clickbank does is charge vendors around 10% of their total earnings (to take care of processing, etc.)

Anyway, enlighten me if I am wrong, but I would love to know all of the specifics about Clickbank's payment policies, procedures, etc. from someone who has had a lot of experience working with them.

A detailed response would be greatly appreciated.

There could be many right answers to your question. I guess you would have to look at your budget. If your site is small and the traffic is low in numbers, You may not get approved by one of the Larger Best Networks as a merchant or an affiliate. Best thing to do is keep reading all the different Affiliate Marketing Forums and you will see a pattern of who the better networks are. Then choose one the looks good, is respected in the forums and fits you budget.
