Default Bidvertiser - Professional vs. Unprofessional

I've been recently experimenting with Bidvertiser, but I've dropped their ads because they make your site load so slow it's not even funny. If you're a blogger looking to monetize your site, a slow loading PPC program can cause your site to hang if your BidVertier ads are on a section of your site that has to load before the content (ie: sidebar ads)... I tried them for about a week, but their ads caused my site to hang when loading so I just dumped them to keep my site loading fast.

I'm on a dedicated server with plenty of bandwidth, and to have a site hang loading their ads is unacceptable.

Otherwise, their back office is great, and the program has a lot of potential, but they need to spend some money to get their adserver to function properly.

Good to know Bryce. I've come close to advertising with them several times, but for some reason just always decided it was not quite what I wanted.
I think I even have an account with some free money in it, but there was something that always made me decide it was not worth the effort.
Can't remember what it was, but something about the setup or interface from the advertiser side. I think it had to do with the categories or the way you could target ads that just wasn't what I wanted.

Sorry to hear that they didn't work out for you. I must admit that making the ads load as fast as possible is crucial in the ad network business, especially if you want to keep all your publishers.

I would have also taken them of as it is hard enough getting traffic in the first place and a slow loading page or a page that hangs only makes your business / site look unprofessional.
